MBA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM - Italian admission

Partecipando al nostro MBA potrai accelerare la tua carriera tramite modelli educativi all'avanguardia e un ricco network internazionale di professionisti e Alumni. 
Il programma dura dieci mesi ed è diviso in due parti, una di formazione accademica e una in azienda (mission). Entrambe le parti, si basano sempre sul nostro motto: qui agit intellegit, “learning throught action”. 

  • Formazione accademica: (circa 15 settimane non consecutive) con masterclass, progetti di gruppo e corsi, da livello base ad avanzato. Le aree principali sono finance, business e management - come ad esempio: investment, strategy, marketing, negotiation, project management, innovation, public speaking e masterclass. 

  • Mission aziendale (circa 26 settimane) retribuita, presso una delle nostre aziende partner come “Junior Consultant”.
Profilo cercato
Cerchiamo neolaureati e giovani professionisti ambiziosi e in possesso di questi principali requisiti:

  • avere una laurea di secondo livello (o superiore / ciclo unico) in una disciplina STEM: ingegneristica, matematica, scientifica, economica o simili;
  • avere i pieni voti di laurea (voto di laurea maggiore di 100) o equivalente, nel caso di candidati provenienti da università straniere;
  • dimostrare nel processo di selezione la conoscenza dell'inglese a livello C1 - European Framework (le certificazioni linguistiche non sono obbligatorie, ma considerate un plus); Altre lingue, in particolare Francese, Tedesco e Italiano sono un plus.
  • avere un’esperienza di massimo 2 anni nel mondo lavorativo - sono considerati solo i lavori a tempo pieno, quindi sono esclusi dal conteggio ad esempio gli anni di dottorato Ph.D. ed eventuali internship/contratti a progetto;
  • dimostrare determinate soft-skills (es: leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, capacità di persuasione, etc.) attraverso esperienze studentesche o lavorative.

Sono considerate un plus:
  • la conoscenza dell’italiano ad un livello superiore al A2 - European Framework;
  • la conoscenza di altre lingue ad un livello superiore al A2 - European Framework;
  • GMAT, Certificazioni di lingua, informatiche o di corsi dedicati;
  • pubblicazioni accademiche / lavorative o paper scientifici.

Cosa offriamo
  • Un percorso di 10 mesi di “learning through action”. L’MBA è composto da seminari organizzati dalle sedi di Torino, Parigi, Monaco e CERN di Ginevra e dall’attività svolta presso una delle aziende partner per la parte di action learning.
  • Completamente sponsorizzato: l’MBA CDI è completamente gratuito (100%). Inoltre i partecipanti vengono retribuiti per il tempo trascorso come consulenti presso le nostre aziende partner ed è previsto il rimborso di tutte le spese di viaggio verso le nostre sedi estere.
  • Professori di primo livello: la faculty MBA comprende professori provenienti da prestigiose università pubbliche e private (Harvard, EPFL, Northwestern, INSEAD, IMD, Politecnico di Torino, San Gallo, ecc.), consulenti ed esperti di diversi settori e influenti leader aziendali.
  • Basato esclusivamente sul merito: ogni anno soltanto il 5-10% dei candidati supera il nostro intenso processo di valutazione, con candidati provenienti da aziende internazionali d'eccellenza e prestigiose università.
  • Internazionale: molte classi vengono svolte assieme ai partecipanti provenienti da CDI Francia e Germania. Al superamento del programma viene consegnato un diploma MBA internazionale.
Processo di selezione
Il processo di selezione è orientato al merito e con un tasso di ammissione intorno al 5 - 10%.

Il processo è suddiviso in quattro fasi:
  1. controllo dei CV, lettera motivazionale e domanda di candidatura;
  2. test di logica online;
  3. colloquio individuale online;
  4. test di gruppo e colloquio individuale in presenza.

What are you going to do

By taking part in our MBA, you will accelerate your career through cutting-edge educational models and a rich international network of professionals and Alumni. 

The program lasts approximately ten months and is divided into two parts, one of academic training and one of practice in a company mission. These parts are always based on our motto: qui agit intellegit, "learning through action".

  • Academic training: (about 15 weeks) with masterclasses, group projects, and courses from basic to advanced levels. The main areas are finance, business, and management - examples of courses are investment, strategy, marketing, negotiation, project management, innovation, and public speaking masterclass.

  • Company mission: (about 26 weeks) at one of our partner companies as a "Junior Consultant". The working weeks in the partner companies are paid.

Searched profile
Ambitious and brilliant young professionals and graduates with the following requisites:
  • Master’s degree (Magistrale for Italian applicants) with honors (>100/110);
  • STEM or business & economics background;
  • work experience preferred with a maximum of 2 years (only full time jobs are considered; therefore Ph.D., internship or project contracts are not);
  • excellent knowledge of English C1 level - European Framework (certification not needed, it is a plus); Other languages, mainly French, German or Italia are a plus;
  • empowered soft-skills: willing to invest in further developing your motivation, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Are considered as a plus:
  • the knowledge of Italian at a level above the A2 - European Framework;
  • the knowledge of other languages at a level above the A2 - European Framework;
  • GMAT, language, and IT certifications or dedicated courses;
  • academic/work publications or scientific papers.

Our offer
  • Learning through Action: an MBA of 10 months wherein a part of it is spent in classes between Turin, Paris, Munich, and Geneva and the rest in partner companies for action learning.
  • Completely Sponsored: CDI MBA is fully free (100%) with NO tuition fees or payment in advance; furthermore participants are retributed for their time spent as junior consultants at our partner companies and travel cost to our abroad locations are reimbursed.
  • World Class Faculty: the MBA faculty comprises professors coming from prestigious public & private universities (Harvard, Northwestern, INSEAD, IMD, Politecnico di Torino, St. Gallen, etc.), industry experts, consultants, and influential business leaders.
  • Solely Merit Based: less than 5-10% of the applicants get through our intensive assessment process every year, with applicants coming from international top companies and prestigious universities. 
  • International: several classes are held together with fellows coming from CDI France & Germany. The fellows who successfully complete the program will we awarded with an international diploma.
Selection process
The selection process is entirely merit-based, with an admission rate of around 5-10%.

The process is divided into four steps:
  1. CV, motivational letter, and application check;
  2. online logic test;
  3. online interview;
  4. group test and individual interview in presence.
